Triple Award Win at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2020

ID21 received triple honours at the Asia Pacific Property Awards held on 7 September 2020. We won two prestigious 5-star awards — the Best Public Service Interior Singapore for One@Changi City and Best Retail Interior Singapore for Young Living’s retail store, as well as the award for Office Interior (Philippines) for Amadeus’ Manila office. These awards double the celebration for us as we recently launched our new website. The Best Public Service Interior Singapore Award for One@Changi City is a solid testament of our ability to diversify our portfolio beyond office design.
ID21’s designs take inspiration from our clients’ unique traits. For example, botanicals inspired the store design for Young Living, the essential oils specialist retailer. “When conceptualising the space design for Young Living retail store, we set out to create an elevated customer experience, taking inspiration from nature while infusing some elements of the locale with Peranakan tiles,” said Jack Teerapong Jitmankhongkul, Lead Designer at ID21. When leading global travel technology company Amadeus commissioned us to design its Manila office, part of the design aspirations were based on the fast-paced world of the travel industry.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards recognise the best companies in the architecture, interior design, real estate and property developer sectors. The Asia Pacific Awards receive more than 900 entries from around the region and are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. “We are honoured again this year at the Asia Pacific Property Awards. This is a testament to our team’s consistent focus on developing and implementing best practices to shape and define the future of workplace design,” said Ms Janet Ong, Managing Director of ID21.
