The site fell under URA’s 60:40 rule, and ID21 helped the client to fulfil its design objectives effectively. We created an office that was both cosy, private and comfortable with Takeda's corporate branding infused. The laboratory was demanding as we created a layout for proper material flow, electrical, plumbing, sanitary and gas distribution.
Construction expertise included building an AHU above the ceiling. Through close monitoring on each step of the process, ID21 followed through and delivered on time to a delighted customer.
