The reception was given a makeover to align with the company’s updated brand imagery. The new colour scheme gives life to the previously dark space. In an atmospheric corner, travel inspiration is evoked through bright local shophouse graphics paired with an inviting cluster of new furnishings chosen to enhance cosines and hospitality, as apt for the leading travel site.
This renovation project is an excellent example of ID21’s transformation at work. Engaged to revamp Tripadvisor’s existing office reception and breakout areas, ID21 brought a fresh appeal to the space by injecting vibrancy, warmth and hospitality.
Working closely with Tripadvisor, ID21 also opened up part of the office layout to yield a dynamic and versatile breakout area that could accommodate big townhall gatherings but also allow smaller groups to meet and gather in conducive pockets of space. The purpose-led space is kept as open as possible to enable visual connectivity, with noise reduction executed through carefully placed furniture, cabinetry and planter partitions. The upgraded breakout is strategically located in the centre of the office with access from various entrances, bringing teams together as a central gathering point.
“Design wise, ID21 helped to bring a fresh appeal to the space through strategic yet light touch, bringing a new synergy between the space and Tripadvisor’s revised needs as well as revamped brand imagery and colour scheme.”
